Shipping & Returns Policy



Orders will usually begin processing within 2-3 business days (NOT including weekends, and holidays). You can look to receive your order within 7-10 business days after placing your order. International orders may take longer.
Please note that BAWDY TONES is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by weather, unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Requesting a change of address will delay you package by 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued via email. Contact your local USPS office for lost or stolen packages. If an unclaimed package has been returned, you will be charged additional shipping cost to resend package. All packages are insured Through USPS, to ensure you recoup on all lost or stolen packages. Bawdy Tones is not liable for any lost, delayed, stolen packages after a tracking number has been provided.



We stand by our products 100%, each item is inspected before delivery. There are NO REFUNDS on all items including Clothing with no exceptions. We do not accept exchanges/refunds/chargeback for clothing due to sanitary purposes. By making a purchase you understand you are willingly deciding to purchase knowing you will not receive a refund on any items.

If an item not including boxing or packaging is DAMAGED, DEFECTED or EXPIRED (for items that require and expiration date only) you may exchange the item for a new one, you may not receive a refund nor credit. If the damaged item is out of stock, you will receive store credit. A defected item does not give cause for a refund but will be exchanged for a new one. Ordering the wrong size or color does not give cause for an exchange/refund/credit. In order to qualify for an exchange on your damage or defected items, there must be a reported within 3 days of receiving the item. This report can be sent via email to using the word Damaged/Defect in the subject line. Please include a written explanation of the circumstance along with clear pictures of the defected area, and a video of the defected area from all angles. Once we receive the email our loss prevention team will investigate and give you a response within 7-14 business days with reasoning as to why you may or may not receive and exchange or credit. Please include your order #, name, address and proof of purchase in the email, with a written explanation. You will receive a response on the outcome within 14 business days. Please follow instructions below on how to send items back. 
There are absolutely no refunds no exceptions on all candy wraps and candy wrap drip pack items, snatch gel, hot creams, Gummies, Detox teas, bawdy bands and wraps. Waist trainers may be EXCHANGED if you ordered the wrong size and have not worn it and all tags and bags are in its original condition. You may request an exchange of size 1 time.  If you are exchanging for a new size and we do not have your size in stock, you will receive a credit for a new item of your choice. Your credit will be good for 45 days. All items are final sale that do not qualify for exchange's/refunds/credit. If you file a claim with your bank without following our proper procedure in this policy as it pertains to exchanges, lost or defected items and the bank request a charge back, and the outcome is in your favor we will send a demand letter via email requesting that you return all property unused with its original tags and bagging. If the property is used and tags are not in its original state or the item has not been returned within 7 business days unworn with original tags and bagging, we will file a police report of theft as well as file a theft claim in civil court. Due to high fraud volume of false claims, we must be firm on this policy to avoid suffering major losses as an independently owned company. Waist trainers may be exchanged for size only, not color, or style, within 7 calendar days after the package was delivered for an exchange ONLY.  All tags must be attached when returned. Items must be returned in its original condition. It must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. There will be a $25.00 restock charge on all returned/exchange items except waist trainers. Once the $25.00 restock fee has been paid, we will Ship your exchange items.
All items are returned to BAWDY TONES at the expense of the customer. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records. Please allow up to 10 business days from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed. PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE INSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE ABOUT YOUR EXCHANGE such as the order# name, proof of purchase, return address and a clear explanation of the reason for an exchange and WHAT YOU EXPECT IN EXCHANGE SUCH AS SIZE. no charge backs no exceptions, you may seek legal counsel before purchasing.
