WHO DO YOU SHIP THROUGH: USPS
TRACKING NUMBER: All orders will receive a tracking number. This number will be text or emailed to you.
MY ORDER SAYS SHIPPED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT: Contact your local USPS office for assistance.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGE: All items have insurance coverage, please file a claim through your local USPS office. As stated in our policy once you are given a tracking number, we (BAWDY TONES) are no longer responsible/Liable for your items.
Chargebacks: If you file a charge back claim with your banking institution, and the decision is in your favor, we expect all items to be returned in its original condition, with all original bags and tags. All items must be returned within 7 days of the bank giving you a refund or we will submit a denial on the requested charge back.
FALSE CLAIMS/ CHARGEBACKS: Due to an overwhelmingly amount of chargeback fraud, we will take legal action along with filing a theft report with no exceptions if we deem you have fraudulently filed a chargeback request.

Returns
WONG SIZE WAIST TRAINER: We understand that getting the right size waist trainer may be difficult, if the size your ordered does not fit you can exchange for your size 1 time. You may not change colors or item when doing an exchange on the waist trainers.
Exchange Clothing: We do not accept exchanges or refunds on all clothing and candy wrap drip pack items unless the item is damaged or defected. We do not accept exchanges or returns if you ordered the wrong size or wrong color for sanitary purposes. NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTION.
DEFECTED/DAMAGED ITEM: If an item is defected, you may request an exchange. (please follow instructions from the shipping and return policy)
